There's a specific moment in the life of a growing business when the leader stops being the engine and becomes the ceiling. You can feel it. Everything still runs through you. The team is capable, but they're not owning it. And somehow, working harder just makes it heavier.
This is a solvable problem. And it's exactly what the Personal Acceleration program is built for.
Before we do anything else, I need to know exactly where your business is stuck. We start with three research-backed Predictable Success assessments, then spend 90 minutes in a deep-dive diagnostic conversation. Within 48 hours, you receive a written roadmap identifying the 3–5 structural shifts that will unlock your next stage of growth. This roadmap guides everything that follows.
Over six months, we meet every two weeks for a focused 1-on-1 session. Each conversation is grounded in the Predictable Success framework and calibrated to where you actually are. We're not just processing problems. We're building the structural, relational, and leadership changes that let the business run without you being everywhere. Between sessions, you have ongoing access to me.
The goal isn't a better version of what you have. It's a business that grows because of what you've built, not because of how much you're carrying. Most clients describe the end of this engagement as the first time in years that running the business feels like something they own rather than something they manage.
And for most, six months is the beginning, not the end. As your business moves into new stages of growth, the relationship continues to evolve with it. The goal is a long-term partnership — one that's there at every inflection point, not just this one.
For business owners and CEOs with 10–45 employees
Not sure yet? Start with the Friction Audit for $500. It's credited in full if we continue.
Not sure which program fits? Check your symptoms or compare all programs.
Decisions that used to funnel through you are being made without you. People are running their areas, not waiting for direction.
The systems, roles, and rhythms that let a business scale are no longer improvised. They're built in. Growth adds momentum instead of weight.
Your calendar looks different. Your energy is allocated differently. You're doing the work only you can do, and the rest is handled.
This is the one that surprises people most. When the structure is right, running the business stops feeling like something you manage and starts feeling like something you built.
Most coaching is reactive. You bring a problem, we work through it, you leave with an action item. That's not what this is.
The Predictable Success framework, developed by Les McKeown, maps the seven stages every organization moves through. It gives us a shared language for exactly where your business is stuck and why. Most CEOs are surprised when they see their actual stage. The friction makes sense when you know what you're looking at.
I'm a Licensed Predictable Success Partner. That means every coaching conversation is grounded in a proven model, not intuition alone. We know where we're going, and we know what has to change to get there.
The Predictable Success lifecycle — developed by Les McKeown
The Founder's Evolution — developed by Scale Architects
Every founder moves through seven distinct stages of leadership as their company grows — from Startup Entrepreneur to Reluctant Manager to Disillusioned Leader and beyond. Most CEOs in Whitewater are somewhere between Stage 3 and Stage 4: doing more than they should, caught between the company they built and the one they want.
The Personal Acceleration program is built to help you navigate through that season and into Stage 5 — The Chief Executive — where your role shifts from doing to leading, and the business begins to scale around you instead of through you.
Knowing which stage you're in changes everything. It gives you a map, a language, and a clear picture of what has to change — and what has to stop.
Who is this program designed for?
Business owners and CEOs with 10–45 employees who have hit a ceiling they can't seem to break through. The work, the decisions, the pressure — it's all still flowing through them, and growth is making it worse instead of better. If that's where you are, this was built for you.
Do I have to start with the Friction Audit?
I strongly recommend it. The Friction Audit is what tells us exactly where to focus during our six months together. Without it, we're coaching in the dark. That said, if you've already done significant diagnostic work and have a clear picture of your situation, we can talk about what makes sense. Schedule a conversation and we'll figure it out.
How is this different from other executive coaching?
Most coaching focuses on the leader's behavior. This work focuses on the business's structure. Both matter, but most leaders in Whitewater have a structural problem that no amount of personal development will fix. The Predictable Success framework gives us a precise diagnosis and a proven path, not just better habits.
What's the time commitment on my end?
One hour every two weeks for our sessions, plus whatever implementation work we agree on between calls. This isn't a program that adds to your plate. It's designed to reduce it. Most clients find the clarity from our conversations saves far more time than the sessions take.
Do sessions happen in person or virtually?
Virtually, via video call. I work with founders and CEOs across California and beyond. If you're in the Sacramento or East Bay area, we can occasionally connect in person as well.
What happens after the six months?
For most clients, the six months is the beginning of a longer relationship, not a standalone engagement. As your business grows into new stages, new challenges emerge — and the goal is to be there at each inflection point. Some clients continue with ongoing monthly coaching. Others re-engage when the next season of growth calls for it. Either way, the work we do in the first six months builds a foundation we keep building on.
