John Fanous did that for over two decades.

Most coaches bring either systems or wisdom. John brings both — forged across two decades of leading one of the most complex organizations that exists.

Two decades in pastoral leadership taught John something that most business coaches never encounter — that real transformation is always a character issue before it becomes a strategy issue. The founders who scale aren't just the ones with the best systems. They're the ones who've done the harder work of becoming someone their organization can trust, follow, and build around. His approach blends practical frameworks with the kind of deep, unhurried attention that most coaching lacks. John lives in Northern California with his wife, Beckie. When he's not coaching or writing, you'll find him working on home automation projects, enjoying a cigar on the patio, or spending time with his family.
